Q1: What payment methods can I use to buy Sothinkmedia products?
A1: We offer RegNow as payment method to all the users who order Sothinkmedia products at http://www.movie-burners.com.

Q2:What currencies do you accept and how can I submit to get an invoice after I paid for Sothinkmedia products?
A2: As an alternate form of payment to credit cards online, customers may select the Invoice payment method to pay for their order by fax using a credit card or by mail using a check or money order. This payment method is available on the online order form by accessing the drop down box next to "Payment Method". RegNow currently accepts the following currencies for orders that will be paid by credit card:

Customer Process
After submitting an order with "Invoice" chosen as the payment method, the customer will immediately receive instructions for remitting their payment to RegNow. If the customer is ordering in USD or CAD and paying by check or money order then they will be provided with our United States address for remitting their payment to us. If the customer selected Euro or GBP and is paying by check or money order then they will be provided with our UK address for submitting their payment to us. For customers choosing to use the invoice to pay by credit card, via fax, they will be provided with US fax number.

Note: Orders using the Invoice payment option are subject to an additional $2.50 USD order processing fee.

Q3: How can I purchase Sothinkmedia products using Purchase Order?
A3: After submitting an order with "Purchase Order" chosen as the payment method, the customer will immediately receive instructions for remitting their official company Purchase Order to us by fax or postal mail and they will be instructed to include the order number on their Purchase Order. Credit references may be requested. When RegNow’s accounting department receives the customer's official company Purchase Order they will review it. If the Purchase Order is accepted then the order will be finalized (set to completed) and the customer will be sent an invoice by RegNow’s accounting department.

Note: Orders using the Purchase Order payment method are subject to an additional $10.00 USD order processing fee.

For orders that customers entered online in which they selected an offline payment method (Bank/Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Fax-Credit Card, Invoice, Open Invoice (European) and Purchase Order), the order will show the date that the customer entered the order online rather than the date that the order completed. To see the date that the order completed, please open the order and view the information listed in the History tab.

Q1:How and when can I get the registration information after payment? What exactly will I receive?
A1: If you choose to pay by credit card or debit card, the payment will be completed soon after the order is placed, while wire transfer and e-check payment will take longer time – usually 4 to 7 days or more.

The registration information will be delivered via email soon after your payment is completed / cleared. If you are in urgent need of the product, payment via credit card or debit card is recommended.

Besides, please note that orders for few other products (such as Sothink HTML Editor) need to be processed MANUALLY; due to time zone difference or weekends, the delivery of those orders might be delayed.

Q2: Why I haven’t yet received my registration information and how to get it instantly?
A2: The distribution of registration information is an automatic process and is not controlled manually. Here are the most common reasons for not receiving the key:

Your e-mail server is unavailable or reports errors while receiving the e-mail with the registration information. It is possible that this e-mail will be delivered later; usually the delivery is re-tried at 4 hours intervals, for a few days.

Your e-mail box is full, so the e-mail with the license key can't be delivered.

You are using some kind of spam protection, and the e-mail with the license key has been rejected for some reason. You can add support@sothinkmedia.com to your trusted e-mail addresses to solve this problem.

If you don’t receive the email with registration information within 24 hours, please try to use following methods to contact us and we will provide prompt support for you:

Important Notice:
When registering your program, please make sure you did not make any mistake when inputting the registration information:

Q4: What’s the difference between Registered and Unregistered version of your software?
A4: Generally speaking, there is no function difference between both versions. For some of the products such as Sothink SWF Decompiler, Sothink DHMLMenu and SWF to Video Converter etc., there do exists certain restrictions to the functions of the unregistered version; you can refer to the very product page to see the difference. The unregistered version is for evaluation purpose only. And it is limited to be used in 15 ~ 30 days since the installation of the program. When the evaluation period expires, you can not use the program any longer. To know more limitations of unregistered version for different software, please go to see different products’ webpage.

Q5: Is the registration key still valid for upgrade versions?
A5:  Yes, the key is still valid for MINOR upgrade versions. Normally, only for MAJOR upgrade do you need to pay to get a new valid key to unlock the latest version. Check the very product's page to find more of our Upgrade Policy.

Q6: Can I use the same registration key for different computers?
A6: The registration key is unique for each computer. If you own a single license of the software, you can not use the same registration key for different computers.
